      @DZD2: Thanks - it's a chopped up reverse crash cymbal with a pitch effect. I wanted it to have a "twisting, whirlwind" effect.

      @raytrace: LOL, maybe you're right. I wouldn't want to be labeled "ironic". Seems anything that sounds like rave made after 2000 has to be called "nu-rave", because it's "nu".

      really like the way the snare is SO crisp and mixed with a bubbly/watery sounding lfo-y bit of the bass :)

I completed this dubstep track in less than 24 hrs. Haven't done that for a while - I thought this turned out pretty well.
