I played the drums back in Grade School to High School (and a little bit in College). Coming from a musical family, I've been listening to different kinds of genre ever since I was a kid. Every member had their own instrument while I grew up in the 90's in Manila.
Now pushing in my 30's and as an IT guy, I'm amazed with all the tools and technology available. Especially how kids today make their own music is just mind blowing and inspiring at the same time. When I have some spare time (and in the mood), I try to learn these tools and just experiment away in mixing and creating tunes. I'm currently hooked with Ableton -- still a lot to learn but having fun with it. =o)
