From the opening track 'Ticklish Fish' there is a distinctly uplifting feel to the release. Lush chords and sharp
arpeggiated sounds mix with the low end of the bass and busy percussion to create a groove that wouldn't sound
out of place in an Aphex Twin set. Fishfunk chimes in with a sad sad sound which sends the mind off to another
world where basslines bounce off walls and 50s style space rockets dodge to the rhythm of the beats. 7 bits for
me 1 bit for you - A lesson in game music from the 80s. Get your Joystick out and give it a waggle, deep bass and
funked up broken beats are the key to this single along with really beautiful sounding synths and great sounding
riffs.
