Ruben Rivera Jr is a Producer/DJ from NYC that has always been around music. Born June 3, 1977 in The Bronx NY, He started his rhythmic adventure in a playpen with a Muppets drum set. He started producing and DJing in 1990. From House to Hip Hop to classics to original remixes, edits and tracks he has always been able to control a crowd with his style of mixing, selection, and personality. Although constantly DJing and mixing sound for live events around the NYC tri-state. From 2005 - 2008 He did sound at NYC underground club LOVE where he had the pleasure of working with many DJ's, producers, artists, promoters, MC's, Rock stars, like Gary Stewart (GSA), DJ Harvey, Q-Tip, Mark Ronson, Sasha, ?est Love, D Nice, Rob Gee, Craig Richards, Billy Carrol, Three, Aaron Lacrate, Sneak, DJ Premiere, Kid Capri, Francois K, Rakim, DB, Lilly Allen, Greenskeepers, Ralph Falcon, Joe Nice, 1200 Warriors, Silver, Little Louie Vega, Joe claussell, Thrillseekers, and Mr. Jams to name a few. Assisted Gary Stewart (GSA) with the amazing sound installation/maintained as in-house sound tech at DISTRICT 36(D36) in NYC witch charted on the DJ Mag top 100 clubs in the world within it's first 7 months open.
