BIO
In 2001 Queensyze was marked as Canada's leading female drum and bass producer. Then, she toured around North America and Mexico dj'ing and playing her tunes. Her two personalities "Evil Q" and "Electro Q" represented her moody dark drum and bass productions and her fun electrostep productions. Queensyze was one of the first mash-up dj's (check out her mixes "Supersonic Overdrive" and "Dancing with Myself"). She often chuckles when she recalls how she was ridiculed in the early 2000's when she had the audacity to bring her laptop to gigs and dj her mash-ups in abelton. Now, she not only produces under Queensyze, but also electro under the alias Supercycle with her long-time partner Code Blue. Supercycle comes as no surprise since she and Code Blue spend most of their time in the studio spending night and day working on arrangements and experimenting with frequencies from their arsenal of synthesizers and outboard gear. Queensyze and Supercycle have been released on Play Me Records (LA), Substream (Sweden), Robot Music (CA), Phonomental Records (LA), Oscillate Recordings (CA), and In Da Jungle Recordings (CA). Her pioneering and innovative spirit continues, as she moves forward producing music without bounderies.
