nice sounds - conga/bongo almost
awesome track - agreed it could use more of a climax / payoff maybe (a fast chase scene? :) - but great nonetheless, very filmic
could be an action movie soundtrack - staking out the enemy gang's headquarters
@RuediRena: agreed - I just put the image+title and the sounds together - cool :)
nice mixing & balancing
@QuadrupleA: sounds better louder though
dig the groove - could use a little more bass maybe?
nice - classic style with some modern goa-ish flourishes
@Doc Jon: +1
@Our Man In Caracas: totally :)
really like those arps
Super Nintendo :)
@bjporter: +1, love that descending arp
nice chord progression
think it needs a musically different part - chorus maybe?
nice "conversation" between parts
nice track - I dig the real-instrument sound design, gotta try more of that
Could maybe use a bigger change of pace / new element around here
Nice acoustic-emulation sounds
@cactoos: Definitely have to be a former Nintendo kid to enjoy it I think :). A bit grating on the ears.
I like this 2nd bass part - takes the melody / ambience from the opening part and steps up the feeling
Pancakes appearing in the distance...
@peter-macmurchy: Thanks man - I can't brag too much with this tune, NES is actually really easy to mimic - just restrict yourself to triangle, 50% PWM, 25% PWM, and 12.5% PWM waves :)
@QuadrupleA: or top-place OSC love I should say - was stoked to get 6th last month
@kraftraum: Thank you sir
@peter-macmurchy: nice :)
@z.prime: That's what I was thinking of :). And maniac mansion for the "melody" notes.
Nice - a bit of Skyzone style here
@bjporter: ha - I've been thinking that I'll need to do a Jarre style track one of these days to get any OSC love :)
love that bass drone - beautiful track so far
cool track - very unique
a trip to the beach in the afterlife
Excellent! Made me smile - really well produced
I should've maybe faded out here...
@bjporter: Thanks - yeah, percussion is pretty dry - some reverb might help put them in the "same room" with the plucks etc. Will play with that next time around :)
