These 31 tracks are the result of my "Improvised Music Track a Day" project that took place during the month of December 2010. My goal was to explore my collection of hardware and software synths, and to recombine them in a unique way once each day for 31 days... while trying not to repeat myself!
NOTE: Unfortunately, this project got interrupted due to illness from December 10th through December 18th, 2010. Rather than rush to make up for the days I missed, I extended the project into January 2011 to maintain the goal of creating 31 tracks total. Though not the ideal solution, it was the best way to preserve the project's original intent!
GEAR: Click on the song title to get a detailed description of the hardware and software used in the creation of each of the songs. I know that some of you are interested in the processes behind the music, so I'm happy to document how these tracks came together technically. There are a LOT of different tools and techniques applied in the creation of each song (I like to experiment), so drop me a line if you have a question!
