@Lexx [Zürich/Switzerland]: Sorry guys, i have to disagree. Apelsin was one of few estonian acts that enjoyed huuuge popularity in the Sovjet. Most of the tracks are made as tongue-in-cheek and mocking the regime. On the other hand - there's no explanation why there's this lovely piece of music with the other tracks. If I see any of the band member's I'll ask;) One of the tracks from them (which is not the LP) is "Sügistuuled" (Winds of Autumn), sort of dub-ish track http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XV8BTwLPsi0

if you like barefoot jerry, you should also check THE GOLDEN DAWN, album: CHANGES IN MIND. Same vibe, but more pshychedelic. Worth taking a look.
