PAR+RS (Public Art Scotland) promotes critical debate & reflection on public art practice in Scotland.
PAR+RS strives to be an informed & impartial resource. We commission & publish new writing that reflects upon current issues in public art practice across the country. We also host an archive of public art projects funded by The Scottish Arts Council (now Creative Scotland) between 1995 & 2008; a series of blogs; a range of links, contacts, news, opportunities & events listings.
Online: You can contribute in lots of ways, from commenting on articles to writing detailed reports.
We want to hear the voices of all project stakeholders & to represent the range of disciplines involved in art in the public realm.

Events: We work with a range of organisations to co-produce & host events addressing key issues in public art.
We are always interested in receiving event proposals.
