DJ Gon is rooted in Wilmington, NC where he continues to spend his time organizing, booking, networking and throwing raging parties for the non-profit organization that he co-founded: PROJECT CHALK. Project Chalk is a unique group on the rise that promotes community and creativity as outlined by the 10 Burning Man principles:www.burningman.com/whatisburningma…principles.html. Using this as his platform, he has gained a large fan base with his psychedelic tribal mixes that make even the most rigid human being incapable of containing the dance moves exploding from their body. He has had the honor of opening up for Infected Mushroom, one of his first musical inspirations, in Myrtle Beach, SC and is continuing to try to expand his musical network and fan base all over the east coast. Has had the privilege to share the stage with Producers and Bands such as Figure, Killabits, Sci-Fi, Styles and Complete, Cry Wolf, Joe Nice, Blue-Tech, J.Rabbit, Cinder Cat, Goa-Dream, Medisin, Mr.jennings, Akasha, JZamo, Bitch Please, Chronicles of the LandSquid and a part of the Burner group Party Liberation Front. Has played festivals and burns such as Nomadic Roots 3, Burn Neon, Camp Neon, R.EVOLution Beach Festival, Alchemy Center Camp, Mayhem and Transformus! Dj GON Also host a monthly radio show called "The Orgongee Chamber" On Mixlr.com. Keep an eye out for new production tracks to be released in the near future. Now Located is Asheville NC where he plans to expand the principles of the Burning Man as well as kick off his Record Label, Orbic Frontiers.
