@rayspark-industries: the best tracks usually only take one night.
oooo there IT is... this part is awesome. especially the panning
@rayspark-industries: if i remember correctly its NI's pro-53...
@rayspark-industries: ooo that is an excellent idea. thanks!
@proem: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korg_Wavestation
@quoth: i doubt that. the wavestation was used to a great extent by FSOL orbital,... and well apple (as in the boot sound for osx)
@quoth: I'm sure clavia makes excellent stuff but the wavestation is and always has been the holy grail of hardware for me ever since i touched one back in the mid 90's
@bitcrush: you are welcome. i pretty much have to use a metronome cuz my internal clock is set to "unconventional and sliding time signatures"... fortunately i have one on my phone.
@SenorFrio: yep. can even route the two seperate inputs into different parts of the effects chain
@quoth: face melting eh? is that what im doing? i had no idea
@SenorFrio: oh wait i guess you meant the efx running onthe line ins yes?
@SenorFrio: well actually this is not a wavestation its a real kalimba recorded with a contact mic
@SLEEP CLINIC: you're welcome! and long live the wavestation indeed... expect some variations of this patch to show up soon :)
@m50: who says i cant have three middle names?
@melomake: thats exactly what i'd hoped someone would say...
@tenandtracer: thanks. full and warm thats my middle name... well as far as the ladies are concerned wait that doesnt sound quite right,... forget i said everythign after thanks
especially right.... THERE!
maybe its just me but i <3 this part best of all
are there vocals in there or is it my imagination?
sounds pretty done to me... maybe some minor edits here and there... but overal i'd say fantastic work. reminds me in part of something off of incunabula
nice percussion programming... sounds are nice and clean as well which is always nice
that has a really nice old school artificial intelligence sound to it
indeed. the trick is to sustain a consistent caffeinated state...
@polyfonken: werd. i bought the multisampled hang from sonic couture as well. i totally agree about the quality.
ooooo bring that in earlier please
@Magnetic Sleep: i'd say not by much
mmmm hang drum
is it real? or multisampled... if you say real i will stab myself in the arm
this track needs to be like 30+ bpm faster,... :)
full of analog sounding goodness
omg you are making the old rave kids go crazy!!!!! obligatory filter sweep fo your asssssss
is that a vocoder? nice wrapped in NICE
ooooo thats a nice beat
very nice. the goings on you speak of are nicely drowned in reverb. very old school AE if you dont mind me saying so
nice drum texture you got there
@Lunchtray: band pass filters ftw
@projectile: thanks. but really? a year?
nice. slurry snare. my favorite
nice. id loose the melody loop about here or drastically change the drums. :)
excellent. you just let me know where and when this proposed thing drops and i will buy and then commence to slurp it up like a cold 7-11 slurpie on hot summer day
@deceptikon: yeah ive got one coming in february. though its mostly dark spooky ambient stuff
