What's the deal with the 14-day trial?
The 14-day trial works a bit differently depending on if you pay for a full year or sign up for a subscription. For subscriptions we won't charge your card until after 14 days, and if you cancel before, we won't charge you at all. If you pay for a year, we will charge your account directly, but you will get your money back if you cancel within 14 days.
If you're upgrading to PRO from an already registered free account you're also elegible for a 14-day trial, but only the first time you upgrade. Should you cancel your account at some point after the trial has ended, we'll stop charging you right away.
Can I cancel a PRO account anytime?
Yes. And there won't be any penalty fees or anything like that. You will however not get re-funded for any remaining time you might have paid for.
What cards do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard. Paypal is also supported for one-time payments for a full year.
Can I change PRO plans at any time?
Yes. Simply go to your account page and the Change Plan-section. There are no extra fees when changing a PRO account.

What can I do with a free account?
- You can send up to 5 tracks per month. Deleting tracks after you uploaded them will not affect this limit.
- Only the 10 latest uploaded tracks are shown. Older tracks are saved, but hidden as long as you don't upgrade to a PRO account.
- You can create 3 sets. If you downgrade from a PRO account, older sets will be saved but hidden.
- Your contact lists can contain max 20 users in total. You can still have an unlimited amount of followers, and you can follow up to 2000 people (this limit also exists for PRO accounts).
- Your DropBox only shows the latest 5 tracks. Older tracks are saved but hidden as long as you don't upgrade to a PRO account.
- Basic stats works just like in the PRO Light account.
