Here's some of our most frequent questions and answers about going Premium. In case you can't find your answers here or are experiencing any problems with your current Premium account contact us at sales@soundcloud.com.

What's the deal with the 14-day trial?

The 14-day trial works a bit differently depending on if you pay for a full year or sign up for a subscription. For monthly subscriptions we won't charge your card until after 14 days, and if you cancel before, we won't charge you at all. If you pay for a year, we will charge your account directly, but you will get your money back if you cancel within 14 days.

If you're upgrading to a Premium account from an already registered free account you're also elegible for a 14-day trial, but only the first time you upgrade. Should you cancel your account at some point after the trial has ended, we'll stop charging you right away.

Can I cancel a Premium account anytime?

Yes. And there won't be any fees involved or anything like that. You will however not get re-funded for any remaining time you might have paid for.

What happens to my tracks when I downgrade?

Don't worry, we'll just hide and not delete them. That way, as soon as you upgrade again, you'll get to access your tracks.

What cards do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard. Paypal is also supported for one-time payments for a full year.

Can I change Premium plans at any time?

Yes. You can change to a different account right here on the page or simply in your account plan page. By the way, there are no extra fees when changing a Premium account.
