About
Post-Modern Myth is an alternative (and sometimes progressive) rock band from Buffalo, NY. Their debut album, Explorer, was released in June of 2012 after two years of preparation. Though new, the band is comprised of seasoned local veterans, with band members of two preceding groups, “Summer Reign Revolution” and “Marble Will” merging to present something wholly unique.
The dominant rhythm section is headed by brothers Erik Reinhardt (drums) and Todd Reinhardt (bass) who are heavily influenced by progressive bands like Rush, Tool, Smashing Pumpkins and Alice in Chains. Tony Lewandowski’s vocals and guitars coupled with Bryan Dennee’s voice and keyboards breed a dynamic force, enhanced yet by Jeff Janusz’s guitar echoing between. All things considered, their concept, The Universe, just doesn’t seem big enough.
