Plusquam Records originally started out as a progressive sidelabel for one of the biggest labels in psytrance history, Spirit Zone which was founded by mastermind Antaro.
in 2003 Plusquam Records became an independant label and formed its own way to the progressive trance scene with legendary releases by Haldolium, Auricular, Bitmonx & DJ Fabio, Buzzmonx, Shaman and Cafu. Within short time Plusquam Records turned out as an open secret for tasty and quality progressive trance.
In September 2008 Plusquam Records founded a new branch of its business namely Plusquam Division. Plusquam Division goes alongside with Plusquam Records in its structure and fine behaviour for selceting tracks and releases but within a totally different genre and represents Plusquam's new way into Progressive house, minimal, more technoish sounds and electro music styles.
