The terrible disaster on March 11, 2011 in the Tohoku, Japan leaves us with a long-lasting emotional scar... Of course, my family, my friends, and myself included, still have the post-disaster trauma, but still we are dealing with these things and living our lives as we should...
Sometimes I have difficulty remembering how I used to live my life well and what I've loved to do...then just sit down quietly, almost cry but cannot cry.
I should say thank you for many people those pray for japan, keep touch wit us, but as the same time,I want to shout to someone or something, "Why!? Why should we lost too much things? Why should we live with the too much pain from now on ?"...this is the song of my true feeling right now...Thanks, Riko

    the English translation of lyrics:

    I cannot stop feeling heartache...
    I cannot stop feeling heartache...

I don't know how can I deal with the stress after that day.
On that day, on that moment,
    everyone felt too cold,
    everyone went blank,
and everyone asked oneself over and over again, "Why? Why?"

I also carry horrible scars left by these disasters.
very deep... very deep ones on my mind.
Why too many people were gone forever in a moment?
    Oh God... why? ...why?

    Everyone is still shuddering.
    Shuddering under their smile.
It was too much things for us to lost.
And we don't know why we lost them.

There are many people offer prayers for us,
we can hear the prayers from all over the world.
There are many people those who think of
"What can I do for them?" "How can I support them?"

Now, victims are still living their life here,
    gazing at the tsunami-driven town.
    Barely pass the borderline,
they keep coming through this moment right now.

Now we have a lot of feelings inside our heart...
the feeling of thankfulness for many supports,
    the feelings of disappointment,
a deep and immeasurable sense of regret,
and the anger which we have no idea where to direct at...

How can I deal with these feelings?
How can I deal with these feelings?

    Just cannot stop crying...
    Just cannot stop crying now...
