About

Signed to Digital Mind Records as a label DJ, you'll usually catch this lively and energetic DJ bouncing around behind the decks at various Cardiff and Bristol underground parties. In 2011, Pickle made her début playing on the British festival circuit, and since then she has already played at some of the UK's biggest festivals including Glade, Boomtown Fair, and Waveform, as well as Nozstock, Pugshole, Springstan and the Tribe of Frog Summer Gatherings.

Playing quite a mix of sounds, this DJ loves slamming out the progressive house and electro, as well as the techier sounding tracks, and electro swing. Not feeling restricted to genre boundaries and definitions, if a track feels right, it'll be thrown into the mix! When it comes to progressive beats, her favourite record labels are Iboga, Tribal Vision and Echoes Records. In terms of a mix of genres, some of her favourite producers are Weekend Heroes, Solid Snake, Lish, Quake, Mord Fustang, Deadmau5, Wolfgang Gartner, Olmec and Parov Stelar.

After having a stint of playing under the alias of Professor Gerald, as well as Pickle, the DJ has gone back to her roots, and back to playing under her original name (and nick name) only.

More exciting sets are waiting in the pipe line, so keep your ears open and yours eyes peeled for more dance floor action!
