@Noitu: Thanks a lot! Just realised this track was recorded more than two-and-a-half years ago... Delighted to hear you still like it!

Inspires my phantasy. I'm underwater, watching Qualle, lonely dancer, moving silently. Then, changing perspective, imagined to hear with Qualle's ears. Can they hear - don't know.

@Savaran: I hadn't heard about the game but managed to find a few clips at youtube. Thanks for pointing it out, I think there are indeed some similarities and it's always nice to have your work compared to something not too obvious. Most importantly, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Amazing how you manage to get quite an organic and biological sound out of the electronics. Reminds me of some of the sounds on the Osmosis game which also has a great ambient soundtrack. Fun to listen to - thanks!

@twocliffos: Thanks a lot, Chris, even quite a few months on I'm still happy how this one turned out and I'm glad it got so many nice and encouraging comments such as yours.

Gentle "squishing" sounds dancing... But what I like most is the sense of being underwater achieved with the background, that clearly sounds artificial and at the same time organic (well, I can say it for all the tracks of yours that I listened). Like an interpretation of the "underwater" feeling by unnatural means, sounding alive (also like always in your work).

The string-like sound on this is fantastic - how it changes timbre and tone each time it's repeated. I always like to hear another person using granular synthesis too, and creating such otherworldly sounds. Awesome.

Nice - there are still those rhythmic, "scratchy" sounds that you have in the Galeere piece so the two are definitely a pair in terms of language, but you have these nice moaning sounds to create an image of a creature that really doesn't have to go anywhere fast.

@James McCall: I like to keep it short and in fact I don't think I've ever really managed to finish a track that went beyond the 4-minute mark. Glad you like it!

@eerohz: glad you like it, ben. I've been fascinated with these creatures (which to a certain degree I'm afraid of myself) for a very long time. Since they do not possess a common brain in order to mastermind their own lives they seem to get a bad rap sometimes, which to me is little more than an obvious example of human narrow-mindedness at its very worst. Well, so much for the philosophizing... :) Always like to read your comments

i saw thousands of qualle in cape town aquarium and the ghostly dance they made behind the glass was a spectrum materialised in this track of yours (or something similar!) they are astonishingly beautiful and i am afraid of them. the same, almost with your music. (tell me, why people make such irrelevant and short comments about other people's tracks, they don't think anymore, do not have an opinion?) sorry. i do like this tune and brings me memories, so thanks a lot :) ben
