Phase Animator is the tech spaceship flown by _banglassi and Growler. Formed in 2012 the production and DJ duo have been hard at work in recent months building up a repertoire of cutting edge breakbeat and tech funk to unleash later in the year.

The lads recently won the Thrust Recordings Remix Competition with their tech funk remix of the seminal Lee Coombs and Drumattic Twins track Tribal Tension. The remix will be released on the respected Thrust imprint later in 2012.

Their debut release Less Sedate is available now on on Box Set Records. The Original Mix is a classic acid techno groover! Established artist Karl Sav is on the nu skool breaks remix, which has a subliminal energy that will hit your dancefloor hard...
