Wonderful track. Absolutely brilliant arrangements and sounds.

Song composed and produced in-between projects, maybe the reason why it's so frenetic and a little schitzofrenic. An experiment with multi-layered cyclic ostinatos, causing a sensation of euphoria and uneasiness. The mix is still not final, so inputs are very welcome!Lurdes e as Estrelas Uploaded by petersauces Start following Send a message on July 07, 2009 22:29

i like this... the track just finished and it's really nice. You should put a little electronic touch to it with some glitchiness. With or without it's a beautiful track unto it's self.

i dont even know what counterpoint composition is (i think i have an idea tho). great track. howdyou record your voice? (i guess its yours in several layers?)
- petersauces on May 26, 2009 23:10
@Abreaktor: hey! thanks dude! ;) You nailed it! it's my own voice recorded many times for each layer. I used counterpoint, that's a composition technique from the 16th Century. So what I did is I wrote a piece for 5 voices and recorded all of the mmyself... pretty tiring ater a while... heheh Love your tracks too!

I find this to be a very interesting and original piece. It's almost symbolic in the way it shows the continuity of music. Screw the genres and the boundaries. Great work these compositions of yours!

Song made in 2004, when I started experimenting with counterpoint composition and electronic music. Very intriguing yet evolving atmosphere that ponders antique music in today's times.
nice :)
