Lease = $15
A Lease is a non-exclusive sale, meaning the track is leased to the client and not owned. For inquiries about purchasing an instrumental on exclusive terms, please contact me via email: petergearymusic@gmail.com
{FREE} = Exactly as it says, you can use these royalty free. If you contact me, I will also send you a free Remix Pack for the track.
{50% OFF} = This is a half price discount. When I have made upwards of a certain ammount of sales on an instrumental, it halves in price. Just a way of saying thank you.
{SOLD} = No longer available for purchase due to a permanent sale to a record label.
Any productions without either of these is still available for lease.
