I'm Perquisite, a composer/producer from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. In Europe I'm mostly known for my 6-years collaboration with vocalist Pete Philly as the HipHop-duo Pete Philly & Perquisite. With Pete & Perq we've toured all over the globe, including Germany, France, Japan and the US. Our second album 'Mystery Repeats' entered first place in the Dutch album charts.
Since our split up in 2009 I'm active as a solo-artist, producer and film composer. The first film I did the music for, Carmen van het Noorden (2009), was awarded with a Golden Calf for Best Film Music. Since then I've scored a dozen of movie's, documentaries and theatre plays.
In 2010 I've released my first full length solo album 'Across' which featured Torre Florim, Dazzled Kid, Janne Schra and Jenny Lane a.o. Currently I'm working on several new projects. For more info please visit my website www.perquisite.nl.
