PepeSoup is a Project which was born from the encounter between DJ/producer Cukiman and Miss Annie, vocalist and singer originally from Liberia. The two have always been passionate about european electronic dance music, especially for its rhythm and "afro2 vibrations: Bass music , House and Dubstep. PepeSoup has shown how anyone who is involved with this multicultural scene can enrich their experience. Some of their tracks ( Pepe soup skank , Pump tire and harder) has gained important feedback internationally given a boost by djs of the calibre of Roger Sanchez, Laurent Garnier, Daz-I-Kue, Jazzamar, Yam Who, Simbad, Abicah Soul, Andy Ward, Aaron-Carl, Dj Dove, Farfa and more. The duo even ended up on Al jazeera documentary " Surprising Europe" (2011). In 2010 they founded their own music label , Soupu Music , with the aim of discovering new talents from all over the world and from all kinds of music.

The first Track on the Release -“ PepeSoup Skank”- is a smashing hit featuring Moustapha Mbengue (Special guest voice from Senegal) who brings alive the spiritual tradition of his culture.
