Peachy Jane formed in the summer of 2006 and after various changes of line up have formed a tight unit comprising of Beca Fludgate on guitar, Vicky Fludgate on vocals, Joules K on lead guitar, Leigh Greenham on bass and Jake Daniels on drums. The band released their first 6 track EP called "Crashing Trees" which is available for download from their web site in February 2011 and have just released another six songs May 11. Peachy Jane's music has been compared to Fleetwood Mac, Snow Patrol, David Burn, Siouxi and the Banshees, Neil Young and The Allman Brothers. The band have received airplay and good reviews from local radio stations such as Hope FM and The Bay Radio and recently played to 3000 people at Poole Park Festival, the biggest local music festival in Bournemouth/Poole. The music of Peachy Jane combines rich female vocals and lyrics with powerful music. The band have been rehearsing over the summer and have developed into a tight and energised unit which is captured in their new EP.
