About

I arrived on soundcloud summer 2011. I find it amazingly inspirational and it really makes me want to create some new music. The first tracks I uploaded were made in the period 2001-2006. The later ones with the Akai EWI USB were made more recently.
My modest musical formative experience is with piano, ukulele (a handful of chords), saxophone. In adult life I have returned to piano (digital), ukulele, and now I have bought a Akai EWI USB to return to the wind instrument branch. I love the immediacy of the acoustic instruments, but find myself drawn to the electronic, because of the huge potential and my lack of technique.I have used Fruityloops/Fruitystudio so far, but I am exploring other software.
I have the deepest respect for musicians who play live and who channel a feeling from their mind into the mind of listeners. This can give such an intense and communal experience. On the other hand music can be very private, and introspective. It's a fascinating coupling of sounds and the brain.
