About

Andrew - Andy - Andy Pandy - Pandy - PAND!

Pand was introduced to electronic dance music whilst spending time at home on the Costa Del Sol when he was 19. His best friend DJ Odin showed him Benga & Coki - 'Night' and from then on he was hooked on Dubstep.

After falling in love with the music, he followed in Odin's footsteps and bought himself an MP3 DJ controller. He then started to DJ every day, becoming more and more excited about dance music.

He then managed to get his first gig at Guildhall School of Music and Drama's Basement at 'Ultraviolet Riot' and was subsequently invited back the year after for 'Return of the Riot'. He then took time out to visit Odin and play at his 'Fresh til Deaf' night at Mosaic in Exeter, using Odin's Rane SL setup. Odin again was key in opening Pand's eyes to House music in the time they spent together and from then on Pand fell in love with Electro and Progressive House. After this, and borrowing Odin's Vestax VCI-300i, Pand realised he needed to upgrade and acquired a Pioneer CDJ1000mk2/DJM600/Rane SL3 setup.

Recently he signed up to UK-DJs.net and Global-DJs.net and played at Fly Or Die's Easter Friday gig in the Baby Box room at Ministry of Sound. He has just been confirmed as one of the Fly Or Die DJ's for their next Ministry of Sound event on June 18th.

He has recently began producing again after upgrading to Logic.
