Born in 1974 and raised in Egion where he started working as a dj at the age of fourteen.
In parallel to djing, he delves into production as an artist and co founder of Cast-a-Blast in 2006. Along with Blend Mishkin he forms the duet Palov and Mishkin, launching the compilation “Backslam Extravaganza” (2007). They then went on to release the widely praised album “Think Twice” (2009) while at the same time remixing and editing for highly acclaimed labels such as G.A.M.M., Rebtuz, Resense, Bastard Jazz, Tru Thoughts ,Love Monk etc.
Since then Palov went on to release his debut solo “Whats That” revealing the smooth musicianship between him and the guitarist player Angelos Angelides. Within as well outside the framework of this partnership he forged production and remixing collaborations with several artists including Caro Emerald , Mo’ Horizons, Lady Faye ,Maraveyas Illegal, Daniela Bolano, Kill Emil and BNC.Nowdays he’s collaborating with Panama Cardoon and together they’re running a label called Carnibal.
Actively djing all this time he has shared the decks with well known djs/producers like Quantic, Andy Smith, Bonobo, Nickodemus ,Lack of Afro ,Florian Keller, Jon Kennedy ,Henry Storch ,Ben Lamdin ,7Samurai, Herbaliser ,Tm Juke , Mo’Horizons , Rob Luis to name a few.
