Product Manager (Berlin)

You are a driven product person who will take responsibility for defining the SoundCloud product roadmap. You'll be analyzing how our customers use our products, gather and prioritize requirements, and define the roadmap for soundcloud.com and related products. Your key responsibilities at SoundCloud

  • Install software, apply patches, manage file systems, monitor performance and troubleshoot alerts from commercial, open source and locally developed monitoring tools
  • Build and maintain a scalable storage cluster
  • Define, document, and maintain the system and network architecture within soundcloud.com
  • Identify and recommend future technology and architectural advancements to support soundcloud.com, technology migration, integration, and evolution
  • Manage and lead hardware and software migration and upgrade efforts of varying size and complexity
  • Work with our hosting providers to resolve issues and perform updates
  • System failure analysis and recovery

Knowledge and skills required

  • At least 5 years professional systems maintenance experience in a Unix environment, preferably Linux and/or Solaris

Web Analyst (Berlin)

Your key responsibilities at SoundCloud

  • Work together with our entire team to make data & data analysis an integral part of how we get our users to say wow.
  • Work together with every employee at SoundCloud to determine and implement actionable metrics that will help them in their tasks
  • Set-up, monitor, tweak & update tracking across SoundCloud.com, all our widgets and our API.
  • Produce, analyze and deliver customer insights based on website behavior, customer surveys and other quantitative data sources
