Since his youngest childhood, Fred M soaked in the music. From 8 years, he begins to study the slide trombone, which he will perfect during numerous years in a conservatoire in Switzerland. Of this childhood and adolescence, Fred M knew to keep and develop a subtle sense of acoustics, an attentive and disciplined ear and a passion ever weakened for silky, thick ans serious sonorities. Like paying homage to the sound of the wind instrument, which tackles the heart and invests the body.

Rhytmic and elegant, his sets mostly house « electro », at times infused with riffs curiously rock’n’roll or even punk, are always doped with black energy. For more than 20 years Fred M practices the mix, it has resulted from it an atypical course and a rich hand complex musical culture, born from strong meetings and moments.
Mandrax, the inspirator, the mentor, who engage the young person Fred M in his music shop, TRACKS, first store in Geneva to assert the house electronic culture. The adventure of the radio BASIC.CH in which Fred m takes part during more than 6 years, and the many clubs of Switzerland which find in the music of this DJ except standards, a resolutely festive spirit which each time electrifies the dancefloor.
Black Party in Zurich, regular guest of TRIXX since 1998, appointed settor of the mythical evenings FLUID and programmer of the evening PRISM of legendary 2eme Bureau in Geneva, Fred M meets there Miss KITTIN, the members of the collective MENTAL GROOVE and a public of aficionados which follows it in its muscial and geographical ballades. A route of feeling and feelings which carries out it of MAD and D CLUB of Lausanne, with the National Theatre of the Hill in Paris, at the time of a setting in scene and musics of texts of Edward Bond, « CHECK UP » which will be completed by a round passing by Nantes and Brussels and traversed sulfurous or eulogistic articles in the French media.

Resident at Ibiza from 2005 till 2008, Fred M balances his immoderate love of music to dance at the time of the TWISTED evenings, which lived every Friday of this winter in Grial and every wednesday morning in Space during summer time.
