Bio:
Pablo Contraband has been playing House music for many years, but has met success more recently, since turning his attention to Funk, Soul and Disco and implementing these styles into his sets too.
He has since gained momentum and bookings have continued to come in from outside his native Brighton where he has firmly established himself as a busy DJ.
Pablo Contraband's involvement with his own Disco Deviant & Contraband parties, had been a labour of love which finally started to see some results in 2008/09.
Greg Wilson, Andrew Weatherall, Norman Jay, The Revenge, Rayko, Andy Ash, Leftside Wobble, HMD, Cosmic Boogie, Chamboche, ALFOS, Bicep, Rahaan, Andy Blake, Jonny Cade, Huxley, Ethyl, Alphabet City, Duff Disco, Rocky & Diesel, Clive Henry & Rui da Silva have all paid a visit playing to receptive audiences at these musically astute nights.
2011 was Pablo's busiest year to date with bookings in London and Spain, Paris, Holland, Norway and
Vintage Festival. His Disco Deviant edits are also making a bit on noise on the circuit...
