About

Oscar Amador, is an electronic music producer and DJ born in Nicaragua and raised in Miami. At the age of 15 Oscar was struck with inspiration and began producing urban hip-hop beats and recording local artists. He continued working in hip-hop until he turned 18 and began mixing as a DJ. It was around the same time that he began to pick up an interest in electronic music. Starting with Trance, he eventually developed a talent for mixing various types of electronic music from trance to house. A year later he started to produce tech house and progressive house. It didn’t take Oscar A.M. long to hone his skills because soon after he began to gig in several nightclubs. At 22, he began the Recording Arts program at Full Sail University in Orlando, Fl and graduated with a Bachelors degree. Also while at Full Sail, Oscar A.M. completed a 3-month live in internship at 3rd Block Multi-Media, handling all the recording and tracking duties for what would turn out to be a major movement. Fresh out of school Oscar A.M. landed another internship, but this time with “The Kitchen” studios in Miami, Fl where he works currently does audio post-production mixing. When asked about his future goals A.M. simply states “I want to continue to build my reputation as an electronic producer and DJ and one day hope to spin in clubs around the world…I also want to keep learning and developing my style as a musician and passing on the knowledge. I like sharing and teaching about music production and helping others reach their goals.”
