Chicago native Orville Kline is NOT just another DJ. When he's not doing tag team DJ sets with Felix Da Housecat, touring the country with the Porn And Chicken Dance Party, or engineering indie hip-hop tracks featuring Snoop, Orville somehow finds time to produce his own unique style of cutting edge EDM. His party-hard, work-harder mentality is definitely paying off. Orville's high energy mixing style and a passion for amazing, wild, and sometimes outrageous parties has landed him a gig as music director and head resident DJ at Chicago’s infamous Porn And Chicken Dance Party. After gaining nationwide recognition for being one of the wildest parties in the nation, Porn & Chicken continues to be invited to cities across the US such as Vegas, LA, Miami, NYC, and Denver. Years of studio experience engineering and producing music lead Orville to become a renowned Certified Ableton Live instructor. When he's not on tour, you might be lucky enough to catch him teaching a music production class at Chicago's Music Industry Workshop. Always on the cutting edge of new music production and live performance technology, Orville uses innovative and unconventional MIDI controllers (like his Wii guitar and iPad) to control Ableton Live during his DJ sets, enabling him to leave the DJ booth and interact with the dance floor while still mixing. With many more to come, Orville Kline currently has critically acclaimed tracks out on Dirty Fabric Digital, Calamity of Noise, and Invisibles Records.
