OneBeat is a non-profit organization that provides a versatile platform for presenting current work by artists and musicians in the Berlin area. As a team of volunteers we provide structures to support musicians of Berlin’s subculture.

OneBeat seeks to support the various creative powers concentrated in one of the most vibrant cultural metropolises of Europe by offering services in promotion and production to participating artists. Through our online publishing and networking activities, we aim to showcase the intense creative energy of young Berliners. Our long-term goal is to contribute to sustainable social projects. OneBeat supports Berlin based artists in various ways. Predominantly we enhance the artists’ popularity via our online presence and network activities. On our website and social media channels we present their tracks and mixtapes whilst getting in touch with music blogs, labels and other organizations to promote the music.
Our focus also lies in creating a favorable framework for OneBeat artists: mix & master, audio recordings, professional artist photos and tips to improve an online or social media presence. OneBeat focuses on providing these services for free or to negotiate a fair price.

Unlike the mainstream music industry, OneBeat allows participating artists to retain full creative independence. We do, however, expect them to share our commitment to social justice and sustainable development: By promoting the creative people in our environment we want to achieve favorable conditions for the self-determined realization of music events (with free entry or donation based) as well as the publication of tracks and other works.
