So i did this remix almost a year ago, and after it got such a good response on soundcloud and elsewhere, I decided that instead of giving it away, I would try to get in touch with CocoRosie to see about the possibility of a legit release.I never cared about making any money off of it, and I wanted to give them all the royalties.But they have proven rather tough to contact (understandable, given their international success).So, I've finally decided to give it away, slightly tweaked and re-mastered.
Seeing as they are responsible for 99% of what makes this track cool, it would still make me happy to know that they benefit in some way from this, so if you enjoy this tune, consider buying the original:

@OmegaDubstep I came across this on a playlist in youtube yesterday. Out of all the songs I had been half-assed listening to while doing other things, this song made me stop and I had to listen to it again, and again. This is beautiful, I love what you've done with the remix. The music is a perfect fit for the lyrics, and it's so unique compared to most shit I hear today. Thank you!
