On June 1983 Ole was born in the northern of Germany. In early childhood he started to play around with computers, music, computers & music and also music & computers. In the late 90’s he began to produce his own tracks on an ATARI ST and COMMODORE AMIGA. At that time he used “modtrackers” (Digibooster PRO, Fasttracker, Skaletracker etc.) to compose 2 – 32 (later more…) track tunes. Later he was looking for an application that totally fits his needs. After he played around with Fruityloops, Cubase, Ableton etc. he got stuck at Propellerheads Reason. Between the years 2000 and 2003 he got first (real) contact with djing on small private and mostly illegal parties around Flensburg. Started with vinyl on Technics 1210 turntables he later decided to switch to Traktor DJ.

On September 2009 Hit Asmussen gave him his name “Ole Lagerfeld” after he played a 7 hours set on a shit fucking unorganized party near Bremen. Hit Asmussen, who was nearly the one and only person on the dance floor, said, he played with beats and melodies like Karl Lagerfeld with textiles.

Since January 2010 he start to publish his tracks on soundcloud and later he started to play live sets at his resident club “Twentyfour” in Flensburg. After a few months he got his first bookings as live act and not “only” as dj. Meanwhile he became an international artist of electronic bass music.

Every track he produces has to survive Nicky’s and Trine’s critics; so a lot of tracks died before they get published on soundcloud. They also had a lot influence on his first album called “T.O.N” which will be released at the end of 2012 (or early 2013) on Digitalfrequenz Records.
