On this pleasant overcast day, many people are sitting at the tables under the trees of Huai Hai Park and playing cards. Some young and mostly old, everyone has a great time. There are exercise machines scattered around the area for local residents or businessmen to stretch and people-watch. At this table, some men play a popular card game, behind me are two girls laughing on a see-saw and speaking Shanghainese.
