Since then and until 1991, it worked in some of the best clubs of the Estoril Line, such as Palm Beach, Boogie Woogie, KWA, Blue Jeans and Coconuts. In 1991 Paulo Leite received an invitation to work as resident DJ in one of Lisbon’s most charismatic clubs, Plateau. In 1993, also as resident DJ, inaugurates Gartejo, one of Lisbon’s biggest clubs of the time, wich also had a big concert room, one of the best in Europe for live acts, where some of the big names of the rock scene, like The Cult and Gene Loves Jezebel, among others have performed. In the beginning of 1995, Paulo Leite worked as resident in one of Lisbon’s most ancient and charismatic clubs : Trumps. Between 1995 and 1999, it works as resident DJ in Alcântara Mar, a legendary club of Lisbon, in wich, besides the regular nights with his fellow resident colleagues – Luis Leite and Geninho - got the chance to act together with some of known portuguese DJ’s : DJ Vibe, Jiggy, XL-Garcia., Mário Roque aka X-Man, A.Paul, Frank Maurel, Ruizinho, Kult of Krameria, and also international DJ’s, such as: Eric “More”Morillo, Eric Morel, Eric Powell, Trevor Rocklife, Mr.Mike, DJ Disciple, Andy Weatherall, Twitch, Tony Sapiano, JL Magoya and Mark Broom. By this time, Paulo Leite becames part of one of the biggest DJ and event agencies at national level : X-club. Thru it, Paulo Leite received numerous invitations to play in some of Portugal’s biggest clubs, as a freelancer. Paulo Leite became too resident DJ of Queen’s Club, one of Lisbon’s best of the time, playing every Tuesday, weekends and holiday eves, where it plays together with some of Portugal’s best DJs : Carlos Manaça, Pete Tha Zouk, Peter G, Miss Sheila, Joana Pinho, among others, but also international talent such as John Creamer, Sandy Rivera, David Morales, Phats and Small, Lexicon Avenue and Dj Chus. It is also in this club that Paulo Leite and his brother Luis Leite, started a Djing project called Leite Night Sessions and having a big hit in the local market thanks to the edition of a CD showcasing their night gigs, and also including the broadcasting of their DJ sets in Mix FM, a local station dedicated to dance music, but also numerous clubs at national level. Projects The first project that he called LISBON CONNECTION was released as a track as part of a compilation called LEITE NIGHT SESSIONS, wich was mixed by him self and his brother LUIS LEITE and edited by In Tha House records. In September of 2002, PAULO LEITE starts working on a new musical partnership with FERNANDO CAMPOS, named SHUFFLE PROGRESSION. The purpose of this project is to create new themes in an echletical way, with styles ranging from progressive house thru to chill out and passing by others, such as deep house, lounge or and breakbeat, showcasing not only the author’s talents, but also their musical influences and musical culture. In 2003, Paulo Leite and Fernando Campos, get together with another element, DJ Daveed, a new musical project, called T.T.S. (THE THREE STOOGEZ) . This project has already released a track thru Tribo Records, an associated label of Stereo Records, called The Force (Can you feel …) – 12” inch & digital. Today, also have a new musical project with Dj Young Z & Dj Rikyhard named SOUTH COAST and he works on colaboration with D.G.X. and other artists like Tribal Injection, 2Brothers 2Machines and Flip De Riviera.
