Chad North is a composer, electronic music producer, and DJ currently residing in NYC. His diverse musical background includes writing music for television, film, and advertising. He worked at Spank! Music Los Angeles and multiple agencies as a freelance composer and his music has been featured in national campaigns for Absolute Vodka, BMW, and Bally Fitness. He is now a composer at Habitat Music (www.habitatmusic.com) in NYC and co-manages the podcast/tech-funk blog Jungo Road (www.jungoroad.com).
As a producer/remixer Chad has worked with artists such as Jennifer Paige, PJ Hanke, Joel Corelitz and Trifonic and is currently signed to Chicago's Bad Advice Music, with forthcoming releases on Erase Records (UK/Greece) and Exceptional (UK). His DJ experience highlights include playing at San Francisco's Lovefest, Nevada's Burning Man Festival, and NYC Decompression. He has opened for such artists as Meat Katie, Dylan Rhymes, Bassnectar, and Bassbin Twins.
