@IG88: Thanks again for checking out this tune ... your initial feedback was awesome, and I might not have gone this far with it if it weren't for your honest and perceptive feedback ... Thanks!

you dont need the samples man it district's far to much
-
@The Observer: I agree somewhat, I would take out the sanples in the middle, I like the first one that goes into it and the "god damn jimmy this is some serious..." that goes into the main break.

I think this sounds more then awesome. It gives me a relaxed feeling, though I also can dance on this. Very nice job!
-
@Phaselocked: Sweet - I'm all about chilled out relaxing tunes and my confidence in making danceable tracks isn't that high ... so I'm glad you say so!

see here the sounds can breath and have thre own space no need to spoil it with cheesy pulp fiction samples ;-)
-
@The Observer: I don't mind the vocals, but if I was buying this tune, I'd certainly buy the instrumental...the vocals are ok but I'd prefer them to be gone. For the rest, this is a fantastic tune and I really dig it. I love what you've done with dubstep!
-
@mouka: Thanks for the words mouka!

pleasing track that is very nice to listen to. has almost some 'poetic' qualities to it.

@VulvaVibration: Thank you! I did it myself, but wouldn't mind having it professionally mastered ... maybe that's not necessary hehe.

I see in the end you did take my advice and left the vocals samples out.. and replaced it for something more sensible imo Good job but now i own and old version ;-(
-
@The Observer: haha yes I did ... I'm actually working on re-mastering this track and few of my older tracks ... My ears have gotten a bit better so I'm revisiting all my old tracks to touch them up so I can possibly whip up an EP ... I'll remember to send you the album when its complete, unless you'd prefer the new one now

I have no problem with this "sudden change "i think it s well timed and brought in good enough.. But what you could do is.. break, build up with only drums and fade in the bass smoothly play around with this it probably works well
- The Observer on August 26, 2009 08:21
It could work man Maybe try it !!

cool lift here
-
I think I like the one after the break a little better than this one ... this one seems too sudden, any ideas on how I might be able to introduce the section a little better?
- The Observer on August 26, 2009 08:11
@NTNY: I ll have an other listen which isnt a punishment at all heheh

nice latino style house/great mix.... ;-)
-
@sine language: actually this song is a bit klezmer-ish - which is a long ways away from being latino ( although there are many latin influences in the other tracks - I am cuban afterall :) I'm glad you like the mix!
