About
a collection of tracks from the NoisyBunch studio over 2003-2006… this includes releases on Noisybunch and Punchline and stuff that we played out at dances around London, including Cherry Pie (333 & Cargo), Sweet to the Belly (Herbal), Hoxton Bar & Grill, Heatwave bashes all over the capitol, Dragon Bar, Mother Bar etc etc.
There’s a 36 min mix of about 30+ tracks further down the page if you want a quick tour of the bashment blend madness. ...Elephant Man & the Pretenders, Beanie on a ska beat, ragga Bobby McFerrin, grimy disco dancehall, ragga funk and babyshambles bashment??! Seriously… And, of course, the BBC1 smash of Big Chief and dancefloor filler “Step Pon Dem” that is still played in dances and i hear on mixtapes occasionally… I think that it's been bootlegged twice now too. Hell, i didn't pay royalties, so what right do i have to complain?
I’ve now moved on to other projects (Kristi Krisis & KK on DT, and generally more sensible career focus) but I thought I’d pull it all together to keep a record… each track has a little description and history, so if you were boogling to our sound, enjoy!
