These are our releases so far (all limited to 300 copies on colour vinyl), free downloads, PLUS the most recent of the Nixtapes from our fortnightly podcast series, the back catalogue of which is available from iTunes (See link above). They're basically a selection of current, classic and upcoming tracks that we really love. It is meant to be a showcase of the kinds of tunes we’re playing and the kinds of records that we want to be releasing. As you can see from the tracklist it is centred around House but taking influences from Boogie, Disco, Deep House, Techno, Electro (the 80s kind) and even Hip Hop.

We’re focused on playing and releasing records that have longevity rather than those that play into a passing fad but we still want to be representative of the UK’s seemingly unique ability to draw from an eclectic mix of influences and cultures and throw it all together.

The ‘bass music’ scene, whilst being extremely diverse, seems to be throwing up more references to disco and deep house of late and we really want to encourage producers of this music to keep doing so and Nixwax will be an outlet for this exciting crossover over from the most cutting edge UK Bass and the most consistent stalwart of dance music itself: House.

We're not a label that is focused on hype and like to think of ourselves as quite transparent. It's just music we love and want you to hear. We'd love to hear your thoughts and tunes, so get in touch via the links above.
