Nista is a musical project developed in Montreal (Canada) by Stina Agustsdottir. The music can be identified with eclectic melodies, innovative instrumentation and quirky lyric writing. Nista draws inspiration from different elements, being a multi-nationality group with very different individual backgrounds. With a little training and the right set of mind, you can be a Nista too. The first step is to listen to our music. Step two is seeing our show.

Nista est un groupe islando-québécois basé à Montréal. Fondé par Stina Agustsdottir et rapidement soutenu par Tommi Gunn, le groupe s'est ensuite enrichi de Phillipe Coulombe et Jérôme Payette. C'est la diversité des origines, des idées, et des personnalités des membres de Nista qui lui donne son originalité. Ses créations sont basées sur des textes imagés, un son unique et une instrumentation intégrant des éléments électroniques.
