Dj Night Lurk started being in touch with Psy Trance Music and Culture in 1999. After several years attending partys and living the magic of the Psychedelic scene in Portugal, he started djing among his friends in 2006 and in 2007 he progressively began playing everywhere around Portugal, from private parties, bars and clubs to big outdoor events. With his reputation climbing he received in the end of 2008 an invitation to integrate the artist rooster from "Crystal Matrix Rec", one of the biggest and well known trance labels in the world, responsible for the releases of numerous international compilations and the organization of the acclaimed Freedom Festival. Night Lurk already played in Alcântra Mar (Lisbon), Hard Club (Porto), Azenha Bar (Vila do Conde), Porto Rio (Porto), Europa (Lisboa) Opart (Lisboa), Subsolo (Ovar) just to name a few of the most important in Portugal, and in the opening of stores as (Magic Mushroom Smart Shop (Porto) and for almost all the significant portuguese party promoters!

In this month January of this new year 2013 Night Lurk joined the ACTIVE MEDITATION MUSIC FAMILY !! FULL RESPECT AND FULL SUPPORT !!

Being Night Lurk a person of extremes, he also began to be interested in the more minimal sounds and gave sprang a dj set focused more on the tech house and in minimal tech. He had already the opportunity in 2009 to open the Freedom Festival Alternative Area, and Carpe Diem Festival as well as to play in countless outdoor partys, his dj set is marked by high hats, warm and groove kicks and surrounding atmospheres. Playing songs produced by Alex Young, Hugo, D-Nox, Boris Brejcha, StarTraxx, Guy Geber, Elad Emek, Umek, DubFire, among many others.
