@user2014096: Haha I didnt say he was terrible... im just saying that he doesnt deserve to be the face of dubstep. I dont mean to be the dubstep hipster... But I have listened to dubstep for a VERY long time and dubstep definitely has a pretty well rounded structure with a really rhythmic feel. skrillex is an extremely chaotic producer, uses the same structure for pretty much all of his songs (ie. a heavenly chorus, with a 'brutal/filthy' drop for the verses). He isnt very rhythmic with his music, he doesnt keep in key, and he is by far one of the worst DJ's I have ever seen (I saw him when he came out with Scary Monsters and Nice Spirits in 2010). I like some of his stuff... but for the most part I have found that his style is extremely repetitive , he uses the same synths over and over, and because of that he need to do make alot more progress for me to think that he ever should have deserved 3 Grammys.

@SubTheory: im sorry but your points as to why skrillex is bad are not in any way valid points. He is a very talented producer and isnt all over the place.. that doesnt make any musical sense considering he makes sure every single dipthong of every sound he uses can be subdivided into the simple or compound meter he chooses to use perfectly. And as for structure he phrases everything pretty well in my opinion based on the type of music he produces. you dont have to like the music but just make sure you are not saying things that dont make much sense i guess.
