du musst unbedingt immer weiter machen. es wird immer besser! harmonien, phrasierungen, melodien... alles passt. schön, schön, schön!

This track got featured in my new series of posts: "Found in the cloud".
http://nckn.de/2009/11/found-in-the-cloud-3-static–distantvortex/
The idea of this series is to have a conversation. On single pieces of music and through them on musical aspects in general. Imagine the time you were putting up vinyl, drinking red wine, discussing with your friend about things you hear at this very moment. When was the last time you listened to music and did nothing else? Really concentrated? This is an attempt to bring this back into digital times... Join, if you like.
cheers, nicken
@Xelat: oh thanks, some encouraging words to read in the morning! :)

junge, die neuen dinger gehen mal wieder derb in die fresse :) nix intro oder so :) hab mich grad kurz erschreckt. ;)
also like how several aspects of the "general"-ambience go to foreground and back again..
nice sounds over there!!
seriously, i'm not a minimal-guy, but i totally love those three tracks here. great stuff! especially those small freaky bits here and there (trumpet/laughter etc).
@rodrigono2gonzalez: thank you
@zen punk: thanks man, glad to hear :)
:) nice
@Darage Bang: agreed
nice sounds!
das lied hier wunderbar! wie heißt das?
@Bulb: good guy! :)
@static: agreed. put it in the exact opposite order and i fully agree :)
@aLL: thanks for the comments, really appreciated. after these few days of it being online i really feel like, this won't be the last version. way too sloppy for my ears now already. hmpf :(
@static: thanks, it makes sense, yes :) guess one point in getting more and more back to 'real' instruments is that it's far more intuitive to 'encode' those things into the piece that can't be described by note, or rhythm, or signal... if that makes sense ;)
downloaded that ep a few weeks ago. and this single whistle was stuck forever in my head :) nice
schönes ding, herr! wie sagtest du so schön? 'nasty plugin chelli, but who cares?'. right :)
beautiful stuff you do!
nice insight :)
