Hu Yang, who was born in a family with calligraphic atmosphere, has a father in traditional art business. This growth environment brings up a larger-than-life artistic feeling to him at a young age. Like all extraordinary 80s’, since mid-ninety, Hu Yang became interested in music and go on to search for his own music road. Whatever, Rock, Hip-Hop and even classical music, jazz, folk, he listens, interprets various music works which have different strong backgrounds, types, artistic concepts, and the music brings him great influence. After breaking up his high school, Hu Yang left to USA, the place where he broadened his horizons, talked freely with people in different races and cultural background. Thus he began to know the stories under the skin of music itself.

Accidently he find unusual inexpressible excitement in the rhythm of Hip Hop, and been baptized by it without any hindrance at America, a most important origin of Hip Hop. As a person lives on the East Coast, Hu Yang contact more with slightly mechanic, tough Techno and rhythmic House music. What’s more, many jovial excellent Electronic musician became his mentors, Butane and Matthew Dear for example. He began joining in some parties as a DJ at 2003, then start producing. Since 2005, he joined making parties and producing music of some most important electronic music label in NY, Chicago, Philadelphia and Miami.
2006, Hu Yang retuned China. Like every frustrating young people, he stepped stumbled into his own career. He experienced so much pain that push him to explore the true meaning of life. Finally at 2012, Hu Yang realized that only music can express his emotion. He masters various music elements accurately, making his works full of mature and his own special feature. In his opinion, feature is just a kind of expression. Erratic and introverted Electronic, Techno, Minimal and House, impersonal Groove, you cannot catch his true thoughts but cannot help explore it. Anyway, no matter Live set or DJ set, Hu Yang can always play it to the beat.
