Nice & Nasty records is one of Ireland's pioneering electronic music and dance music labels. Releasing its first piece of vinyl in 1993/4. Running its first gig in 1992/3. Today it has over 100 releases online, 14 bits of vinyl and 3 CDs and been integral to the setting up of other Irish labels either directly or as an inspiration. Label roster includes the creme de la creme of Irish acts - T-Polar, The Parallel, Chymera, Rob Glennon, Sourcecode, Mick Chillage, Tr-One, Derek Carr, thatboytim and Mark O'Sullivan and a host of international stars, such as Orlando Voorn, Terrence Dixon, Rennie Foster, Itokim, Andrew Duke, Nachklangmusik, Nasty Bobby, DJ Mourad, Katsuhiko, Tomas Jirku and Marco Bernardi.

Also associated with the label are Matt Chester, Paul Mac, Fabrice Lig, Dave Ellsemere, Manuel Perez, Kenny Black, Lex Loofah, Arne Weinberg and a host of fresh faced people to watch out for including Katsuhiko, Secret Groovers, Tomi Chair and Lackluster. Nice & Nasty also has a sub label, a platform of expression 'Dublin Xpress' that Desy Balmer runs with Jay Riordan, Enda Rochford with Miller, Scott Curtis and Brian Taaffe always on hand to help out. The Dublin Xpress roster includes Pauric Freeman, Tony Craig, Cricky Lyttle, Jay Riordan, Captain Random, Produse and others.
