Axl Brian Barraza (aka Dj Neda) was only 7 years old when he had his first meeting with electronic music, changing channels on his first radio and ended up finding the mithical radio channel Energy 101. This is how he met his first love from which he never separated.
Recording tracks on cassettes directly from the radio, he started to experiment with mixing, using his own recorder and the recorder of his mother. At the age of 12, after years of saving throughout his childhood, he started to search for the cheapest mixer and cd-players on the market. He also had his first experiences with music production programs on his Pentium 100, and started to study piano and drums.
For Axl, playing music was like a game, Instead of playing football with friends he was inside his room with his equipment, and here started what was going to be years of experimenting with different styles of electronic music from the 90s. Because of his influences from heavy metal, hardcore, punk and rap hardcore, he was searching for a more heavy and violent electronic sound that triggered the strong emotions he was searching for in his childhood. He ended up with hardhouse and hardcore, which led him to drum and bass, and later dubstep, with the latter two making up his style. The combination of complex drums, high melodic content, powerful bass and rhythmic variations was what he needed.
Better equipped and with infinite hours of experimentation and practice, as much an important musical maduration, he presented his work for Bad Boy Orange, mentor of the most important parties of broken beats in Latin America, the +160. Then, and almost without passing through the underground in Argentina, Orange asked him to be a part of the crew of +160, and like this Neda started his professional carrier in the grand leagues, sharing cabin with djs/producers of the size of ADAM F (Breakbeat Kaos UK) and DILLINJA (Valve Recordings UK) among others.
After almost two years being part of the +160 crew (where he acquired broad experience in managing huge audiences), Neda entered in the underground, where he felt more comfortable, and left the crew in search of a more personal sound which was not addressed directly to the grand masses. After this, he played many times in the KILLER DRUMZ parties, where the THERAPY DRUMN BASS SESSIONS in Argentina takes place.
Later on, he founded what was going to be his first event, the K-HORSE CLUB, dedicated to different styles of electronic music but also hip hop and grime. Along with the K-HORSE CLUB, working with Giorgiolive (experienced dj/producer of drum & bass and founder of the record label Beats Connection) they started the party Beats Connection Sessions, with sounds from Bossa Nova, Drumn Bass, Jazz, Dubstep and melodic Hip Hop. After this, Neda also started his own dubstep and drum & bass party, BASS OR DIE, which is still thrown monthly.

Axl Brian Barraza (aka Dj Neda) tuvo su primer encuentro con la musica electronica a la corta edad de 7 años, sintonizando radios con su primer radiograbador dio con la frecuencia FM 101.1, dial de la mitica Energy 101. Asi, conoceria a su primer amor, del cual nunca se separaria.
Grabando tracks en cassettes directamente de la radio, empezo a experimentar sus primeras mezclas, utilizando su grabador y el de su madre. A los 12 años de edad, y despues de haber juntado cada moneda que fue recibiendo durante su niñez, muy decidido, se volco en la busqueda del mixer y las cd players mas economicas del mercado. Al mismo tiempo, entraba en contacto con sus primeros programas de produccion musical en su pentium 100, y empezaba sus estudios en piano y bateria.
Tomandoselo como un juego y encerrado en su habitacion, sin salir a la calle a jugar a la pelota con sus amigos, arrancaron años de experimentacion pasando por los diferentes estilos de musica electronica de los 90. Por sus influencias en el heavy metal, hardcore, punk y rap hardcore, fue buscando un sonido electronico mas pesado y violento que le provocara las fuertes emociones que buscaba en su adolescencia, asi termino en el hardhouse y el hardcore para luego conocer el drum & bass y mas tarde, el dubstep, estos ultimos 2 le pondrian sello a su estilo. La combinacion de baterias complejas, alto contenido melodico, potentes bajos y variaciones ritmicas pudo con sus oidos.
Ya mejor equipado, y con infinitas horas de practica y experimentacion, tanto como una importante maduracion musical, presenta su trabajo a Bad Boy Orange, mentor de las fiestas mas importantes de ritmos rotos en latinoamerica, las +160. Despues de esto, y casi sin haber pasado por el under argentino, Orange lo convoca para formar parte de la +160 crew, y asi Neda empieza su carrera profesional en las grandes ligas, donde compartiria cabina con djs/productores de la talla de ADAM F (Breakbeat Kaos UK) y DILLINJA (Valve Recordings UK) entre otros.
Despues de casi 2 años de formar parte de la +160 crew (donde adquirio una amplia experiencia manejando publicos numerosos), Neda se mete de lleno en el underground, donde se encontraba mas comodo, y asi deja la crew en busca de un sonido mas personal no direccionado a las grandes masas. Pasando de esta forma y en reiteradas ocaciones por la cabina de las fiestas KILLER DRUMZ, sede argentina de las THERAPY DRUMN BASS SESSIONS.
Tiempo despues, funda lo que seria su primer proyecto de fiesta, K-HORSE CLUB, ciclo dedicado a estilos variados tanto de la musica electronica, como del hip hop y el grime. A la par de las K-HORSE CLUB y trabajando con Giogiolive (experimentado dj/productor Argentino de drum & bass y fundador del sello discografico beats connection), arrancan juntos el ciclo Beats Connection Sessions, volcado al Bossa Nova, Drumn Bass, Jazz, Dubstep y Hip Hop melodico. Mas adelante, Neda, arrancaria un ciclo propio definitivo, especifico de dubstep y drumn bass, BASS OR DIE. Fiesta que sigue vigente con periodicidad mensual.
