I started DJing when I lived in London during the rise of the "UK Garage" scene in 98-99 and brought back the sound with me to Sweden (at the time that was Garage & Breakbeat). Being a long time lover of Dub music, I tend to always look for tunes that are heavy in the bass and that carry a certain soundsystem pressure in them.
Between 2000 - 2005 I was heavily in to the breakbeat/Nuskool breaks scene and pushed that sound around Stockholm and Sweden. However that scene never took hold in Sweden much and after 2005 I moved on to playing more mixed sets, incorporating dancehall, hiphop, house, garage and dubstep. Being an avid Jungle/D&B fan since the early 90's I tend to squeeze in some of that every chance I get as well.

During the last 15 years I have played pretty much all styles from the most downtempo melodic house and beats to reggae & dancehall to house, heavyweight dubstep and rave mayhem. However since musical genres and sounds have been overlapping and intertwining each other so much over the last two decades, at the moment I tend to look only for good music without paying much attention to what it's "labeled" as.
