A re-imagining of a much loved song we used to play in my old band Wayland in the early 90s. Music made from scratch entirely with Garageband for iPad.
Recorded my vocals at Plymouth Music Collective studios (not in my car this time !) 24.07.12 with friendly engineer "Doc" who really put me at ease.
Lyrics were by our bass player Andy Tiller (used with kind permission from him) and spoken excerpts based on "The Ballad of the White Horse" by G.K. Chesterton 1911.
This song was inspired by the ancient and mysterious White Horse hillside chalk carving at Uffington UK.
